Successful candidate: The successful candidate will be a proven and authentic leader prepared to step into a collegial, family atmosphere of trusted and knowledgeable professionals with an engaged Board of Directors. While change is inevitable the next CEO will inherit solid programs, established multiple funding streams, collaborative partnerships and strong community support. This individual will bring documented leadership experience in the social services with exemplary skills to manage and grow the business of strengthening the quality of life for children, families and adults. As the new face of Child Focus with strong interpersonal and communications skills, s/he will be able to show successes in building and sustaining meaningful relationships with staff, partners, donors, schools, and other community leaders.
