Re-opening search for Director of Individual Giving


Empathy, warmth, and passion for building and sustaining relationships with active older adults top the list of expectations of this major gifts role. Engaging and listening to residents and their families in very comfortable surroundings offers a mature listener with wonderful opportunities for success. Fundamental understanding of planned giving necessary with desire to gain proficiency.


This Director of Individual Giving will inherit a strong portfolio of donors to nurture and the opportunity to create new donor relationships. Beyond the competitive starting salary — $80K to $90K — benefits include available remote work and on-site split between two of Cincinnati’s premier senior living communities resulting in an enviable work/life balance. Very helpful for this role will be strong analytical and presentation skills, experience with Raiser’s Edge, and a desire to work within a collaborative philanthropy department.
