In re-structuring the leadership team for its School for Creative & Performing Arts, Cincinnati Public Schools sought candidates for the newly created position of Executive Director. The Local School Decision Making Committee (LSDMC) received many applications and nominations and turned to The Yunker Group to help them narrow the field and ultimately recommend one candidate to the Board of Education.
