When its Executive Director of 24 years announced his pending retirement, the St. Joseph Orphanage Board of Advisors created a Search/Succession Planning Committee which retained Smith Beers Yunker to help guide its work. St. Joe previously had turned to the management and fundraising firm for professional counsel with its successful capital campaign and the search for its chief development officer.
